I offer a unique service for people who live abroad and are interested in the Spanish housing market. Whether it’s a permanent home, a holiday home or an investment property: I am your eyes on the spot.<\/p>\n

How does it work?<\/h3>\n

1. You can find a house yourself through real estate agent websites or online platforms such as Idealista<\/a>.
2. If it is not feasible for you to travel to Spain in the short term, call in No One Els.
3. You authorize me as your ‘Personal Property Assistant’, after which I view both villas and apartments on your behalf.
4. Do you have specific questions about the property?
\nThen I will make sure that these are discussed during the viewing.
5. I will have conversations with the sales agent or the owner on your behalf and provide an extensive video tour of the property.
\nI explicitly do not negotiate, but I will check whether there is a stretch in the asking price.
6. You will receive this video from me, together with a brief report.
7. Together we will discuss the viewing and possible follow-up steps. This could mean, for example, hiring a buying agent if I think this is wise.<\/p>\n
