4. Do you have specific questions about the property?
Then I will make sure that these are discussed during the viewing.
5. I will have conversations with the sales agent or the owner on your behalf and provide an extensive video tour of the property.
I explicitly do not negotiate, but I will check whether there is a stretch in the asking price.
6. You will receive this video from me, together with a brief report.
7. Together we will discuss the viewing and possible follow-up steps. This could mean, for example, hiring a buying agent if I think this is wise.
