From an early age I have had a huge passion for house hunting, they used to call me the Shirley Holmes of House Searching. I do everything I can to find your dream home and do nothing more than, as your authorized representative, search and view houses. Everything else I leave to the brokers. Compose a search profile

The first step is to draw up a clear search profile together. But before I do that, I want to get to know you better. How? Through a personal intake interview and an extensive intake form.

During the interview and via the form, I ask you:

Share what you like about a house in Spain.
Describe what characteristics your ideal home should have.
What to tell you about your current place, so that I understand what you like now and what your ideal living environment in Spain looks like.
Do you want to live in the bustling city, the quiet ‘campo’, or do you prefer to live near the beach?
To give your preference for a modern design, a house with a traditional Spanish character or a nice mix of these.
Let them know which building materials, furnishings and other things are important to you.

With such a detailed search profile, I can get to work for you in a very targeted way. I only want to show you houses that really suit you. Your time is valuable and I don’t waste it on properties that don’t match your needs. During the process, I will also continuously refine this, aided by AI software.

Selection

Research offer

As soon as I fully understand your search profile, I will immediately start working for you. I use this profile as a basis for searches on the various property portals and real estate websites. But I go further than that: I also share the profile with my own network of real estate agents with whom I maintain personal contact.

Every day, I dive into the results of the portals with dedication and check my inbox for valuable tips and offers from my network. I analyze each property thoroughly and if there are any questions, I contact the offering party directly.

Every week I carefully compile a selection for you and send it to you for review. Do you have questions or doubts about certain properties? Then we can always give us a call or schedule a Zoom call. Based on our consultation, we will decide together which houses I will personally view for you. Together we will ensure that your dream home in Spain does not remain a dream!
